Ourholiday homes can only be rented for a minimum of 2 nights*.The prices for itgarden apartment (two persons), thegarden studio (two people) andthe garden house (6 persons) per home including  VAT, energy costs, WiFi.Breakfast is not included in the price. The table below shows the prices.

The holiday homes do not include towels and linen. We ask a mandatory surcharge of € 10 pp for linen (2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet). You can optionally order a towel set (1 large towel, 1 small towel, 1 washcloth) €8.00 pp

In theGarden apartmentThere is a luxurious sofa bed for two people, so up to 4 people can stay in the garden apartment. For each additional guest in the garden apartment, € 40 (excluding breakfast, linen, towels) will be charged. Children up to 6 years old are free, we assume that the child sleeps in the bed with the parents.

ItGarden shedcan accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment on the ground floor is entirely on one level with a modern kitchen and a spacious dining table and cozy sitting area, a bedroom for two and, with a small step, private bathroom and toilet. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms for up to 4 additional guests. The entrance to the Garden House is from the outside via the garden or from the inside via a staircase.

Optionally you can also order an extra breakfast, costs € 15 p.p. per overnight stay.

​

We ask for a deposit when booking a holiday home: Garden studio € 125, Garden apartment and Garden house € 200. This deposit will be refunded to your account after departure and inspection of the house.

Parking

You can park your car (free) in the street in front of 't Wienhoes. It isnot possible to park your car in the yard (over the bridge). We share the yard with our neighbors, which is why we kindly ask you, if you want to unload your luggage from the car, to report this to the manager(s) first.before entering the yard . They will then show you where you can park the car temporarily.
